Each reed diffuser consists of a frosted round glass bottle for, sophisticated look. The reeds are made from all-natural, responsibly harvested rattan and are precision-cut on specialized equipment to ensure a clean cut every time and allow the reed to diffuse lots of fragrance.

Our fragrance oil is:

Every single fragrance oil we offer is formulated without phthalates and made without ingredients found on California’s Proposition 65 list. In addition, the fragrance oils do not include:

✖ Carcinogens: Materials known or thought to cause cancer.

✖ Mutagens: Materials that change the DNA of a cell, potentially causing diseases like cancer.

✖ Reproductive toxins: Toxins that negatively affect reproductive organs and increase the risk of birth defects.

✖ Organ toxins: Toxins that can cause adverse effects or disease within specific bodily organs.

✖ Acute toxins: Toxins that can cause adverse effects from a single accidental exposure, such as spillage or ingestion.

Diffuser Care and Instructions

• Uncap the bottle by carefully removing the cork; set aside to recap later.
• Insert the reeds and let them soak for 30-60 minutes.
• Flip the reeds so the wet ends face out into the room.
• Flip weekly to refresh the scent throw — more frequent flipping releases a stronger scent but uses oil faster.
• Use more reeds for a stronger fragrance, fewer for something subtler.

Important Notes:

• Keep away from children and pets.
• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and face. Do not ingest.
• If you spill any oil, immediately wipe it away with a cloth.
• Keep upright, away from sunlight, heat, and drafts, and avoid contact with polished, painted, or plastic surfaces.
• For those with perfume sensitivity, exercise caution.
• Wash hands thoroughly after handling reeds.
• Combustible liquid — keep away from heat, flame, and open sources of ignition.
• May cause an allergic reaction. Avoid skin and eye contact.

Shipping Destinations

We are currently shipping to:

• Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
• Including P.O. Boxes. 
• All US Military bases, APO/FPO
• Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

We do not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time. 

*Some US products may have a 4-7 business day shipping time. If you have other US products with 2-5 business days shipping time in the same order, it will adhere to the 4-7 business days, even with expedited or overnight shipping. We suggest placing separate orders if you need the 2-5 business days products expedited or overnighted.

**Expedited and Overnight shipping only applies to the actual shipping portion of the order, it does not expedite the processing time of orders.

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process. To return an item, please email customer service at hellosevencontinents@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
