Our Wax
Our soy wax is free from gluten, toxins, paraffin, parabens, and phthalates, and is derived from renewable sources. Made from soybeans grown in the American Midwest, it is non-toxic, renewable, and produced mindfully.
Our Wicks
We exclusively use cotton and paper wicks, crafted from biodegradable, plant-based fibers that ensure a consistent burn with minimal black smoke. Our wicks are also zinc-free.
Our Fragrances
All of our fragrances are vegan and cruelty-free, containing no carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, or acute toxins. Most fragrances comply with California Proposition 65 standards. They are free from parabens and phthalates and meet the stringent requirements set by IFRA and RIFM.
Every single fragrance oil we offer is phthalate free and made without ingredients found on California’s Proposition 65 list.
But fragrances with the Clean Scents™ designation go one step further by also avoiding these 5 main hazard groups.
✖ Carcinogens: These are materials known or thought to cause cancer.
✖ Mutagens: Materials that change the DNA of a cell, harming the cell and causing diseases like cancer.
✖ Reproductive toxins: Toxins that adversely affect reproductive organs and increase the risk of birth defects.

- Trim the Wick: Keep your wick trimmed to 1/4 inch before each burn to promote an even burn, steady flame, and limit sooting/mushrooming of the wick.
- Let the Wax Pool: Allow the top layer of wax to melt and pool to the edges to prevent tunneling—this ensures the maximum fragrance release.
- Burn Wisely: Burn your candle for no more than 4 hours at a time to maintain the candle’s longevity and safety.
- Avoid Draughts: Place your candle in a location free from draughts to avoid uneven burning and unnecessary dripping.
- Keep It Clean: Ensure the wax pool is free of wick trimmings, matches, or any combustible material.
- Stay Cool: Always burn your candle on a heat-resistant surface, away from heat sources.
- Snuff Out the Flame: Use a candle snuffer to safely extinguish the candle without splattering hot wax.
- Stay Safe: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.
- Reuse the Vessel: Once your candle has burned down, clean out the vessel to reuse or repurpose it.

We do not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.
Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time.
*Some US products may have a 4-7 business day shipping time. If you have other US products with 2-5 business days shipping time in the same order, it will adhere to the 4-7 business days, even with expedited or overnight shipping. We suggest placing separate orders if you need the 2-5 business days products expedited or overnighted.

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Return Process. To return an item, please email customer service at hellosevencontinents@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange.
