Our Wax

Our soy wax is free from gluten, toxins, paraffin, parabens, and phthalates, and is derived from renewable sources. Made from soybeans grown in the American Midwest, it is non-toxic, renewable, and produced mindfully.

Our Fragrances

All of our fragrances are vegan and cruelty-free, containing no carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, or acute toxins. Most fragrances comply with California Proposition 65 standards. They are free from parabens and phthalates and meet the stringent requirements set by IFRA and RIFM.

Shipping Destinations

We are currently shipping to:

• Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
• Including P.O. Boxes. 
• All US Military bases, APO/FPO
• Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

We do not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time. 

*Some US products may have a 4-7 business day shipping time. If you have other US products with 2-5 business days shipping time in the same order, it will adhere to the 4-7 business days, even with expedited or overnight shipping. We suggest placing separate orders if you need the 2-5 business days products expedited or overnighted.

**Expedited and Overnight shipping only applies to the actual shipping portion of the order, it does not expedite the processing time of orders.

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process. To return an item, please email customer service at hellosevencontinents@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Wax Melt/Wax Tart Care Instructions

1. Preparation: Ensure your wax warmer is clean and dry. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable objects, children, and pets.
2. Usage: Break off one or two pieces of wax and place them in the warmer's dish. For electric warmers, turn them on; for tea light warmers, light an unscented tea light underneath.
3. Safety: Do not leave the warmer unattended while in use. Avoid moving it when the wax is melted to prevent spills and burns.
4. Changing Wax: Turn off the warmer and let the wax cool. Remove solidified wax by loosening it with gentle heat or freezing the dish briefly.
5. Storage: Store unused wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep them in their original packaging or an airtight container to preserve fragrance.

Due to the nature of soy wax, when breaking off the melts from the plastic clamshell container, you may experience uneven or messy breakage.
