How to Use Your Hanging Car Diffuser

1. Unscrew the wooden lid and carefully remove the plastic stopper.
2. Replace the wooden lid and tip the diffuser upside down for 1–2 seconds to saturate the lid with fragrance.
3. Remove the wooden lid again and replace the plastic stopper to prevent leaks.
4. Screw the wooden lid back on, hang in your car, and enjoy the scent journey.

Refill Instructions

To refill:

• Unscrew the cap from your refill bottle.
• Use the dropper to fill your empty car diffuser bottle to just below the neck (do not overfill).
• Wipe any spills immediately and reassemble following the steps above.

Safety + Care

• Keep upright to prevent leaks.
• Avoid contact with skin, eyes, face, or surfaces (may cause staining or allergic reactions).
• Do not ingest.
• Wipe spills immediately with a cloth.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not place in an area that obstructs the driver’s view.
• For those sensitive to fragrance, use with caution.
• Wash hands after handling.

We are currently shipping to:

• Customers within the United States and U.S. territories
• Including P.O. Boxes. 
• All US Military bases, APO/FPO
• Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands.

We do not ship to customers outside the United States at this time.

Shipping speed is one of our top priorities and therefore, we will only officially expand shipping to other regions besides the United States when we can guarantee the shipping time. 

*Some US products may have a 4-7 business day shipping time. If you have other US products with 2-5 business days shipping time in the same order, it will adhere to the 4-7 business days, even with expedited or overnight shipping. We suggest placing separate orders if you need the 2-5 business days products expedited or overnighted.

**Expedited and Overnight shipping only applies to the actual shipping portion of the order, it does not expedite the processing time of orders.

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process. To return an item, please email customer service at hellosevencontinents@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
